Avril boasts an impressive background in the property industry spanning over 20 years. Prior to becoming a mortgage and protection advisor in 2008, Avril amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience as an estate agent. 

Beyond her professional achievements, Avril has a passion for fashion and boasts an enviable shoe collection! During her leisure time, she enjoys her weekends away, indulging in food and drinks with friends and family.

David

DJ is one of our most experienced advisors at Trusted with over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Throughout his career, David has held various roles, allowing him to gain valuable knowledge and insight. 

Beyond his professional life, DJ finds solace in hiking and exploring the countryside. When it’s time to unwind, he knows how to holiday, with Fuerteventura being top of his list.

George

Following five successful years as an advisor, George’s passion for delivering a first-class service for his clients led him to co-found Trusted in early 2023. Dedicated to creating a ‘client for life’ philosophy, it’s important to George that each client receives a personal experience. 

At the heart of George’s life is spending quality time with his young family and their dog, Reg! When not working, George enjoys entertaining friends, playing guitar, and watching his beloved Barnsley FC.

David

David is the driving force behind our dedicated team and co-founded Trusted in 2023 to provide a platform for clients to receive a top-notch experience and advisors the support they need to deliver good customer outcomes.

When he’s not in the office, Dave is a family man and loves spending time with his wife and two daughters. You’ll likely find them embarking on camping adventures and creating memories in the beautiful Lake District.

Nicola

Nicola is our dedicated Mortgage Planner at Trusted. Boasting an impressive 15-year background in customer service-related roles at high street banks, Nicola brings invaluable experience and know-how to our team and plays an integral role in our processes, to ensure the delivery of a first-class service to our valued clients. 

Outside of work, Nicola knows how to have a good time, enjoying lively get-togethers with her friends. However, nothing warms her more than spending quality time and embarking on wonderful holidays with her family. Among her favourite destinations are Mexico, Greece, and Cornwall.

Chris is the Lead Administrator at Trusted and has a wealth of experience in customer-focused roles prior to joining our team. Chris is always on hand when it comes to progressing your case to completion and handling your regular updates. 

Hailing from Gateshead, Chris decided to make South Yorkshire his home 5 years ago after meeting his partner. Outside of work, Chris enjoys exploring historic UK towns and picturesque beauty spots, indulging in the country’s rich heritage. He loves a day at the races and is always up for a good time with his friends and family.
