TrustedMPA Referral Reward Scheme

Terms & Conditions 

1.Eligibility 
The referral scheme is open to individuals aged 18 or over who successfully introduce a friend or family member to Trusted Mortgage & Protection Advisors (“TrustedMPA”). 

2.Qualifying Referral 
A referral is deemed successful when the introduced client completes qualifying mortgage and/or protection business arranged by TrustedMPA. 

3.Reward Value – Up to £100 
The value of the gift card awarded will depend on the type of business completed: 

Mortgage Business 

• £50 gift card for mortgage-only business 

• £100 gift card for mortgage and protection business completed together 

Protection-Only Business 

• No reward payable where total monthly protection premiums are below £15 

• £50 gift card where total monthly protection premiums are £15 – £30 

• £100 gift card where total monthly protection premiums are above £30 

4.Excluded Business 
The referral reward does not apply to: 

• Product transfers where the client remains with the same lender and there is no material change to the mortgage 

• Cases that do not proceed to completion 

• Any business later cancelled, withdrawn, or clawed back by the lender or insurer 

5.Payment of Reward 
Gift cards will be issued within 5 weeks of completion of the qualifying mortgage and/or protection business. 

6.One Reward per Referral 
Only one referral reward is payable per introduced client, regardless of the number of products completed. 

7.Gift Card Provider 
Referral rewards are provided by TrustedMPA and are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon or any other gift card provider. 
TrustedMPA reserves the right to substitute the gift card provider with an alternative of equal value at its discretion. 

8.Non-Transferable & No Cash Alternative 
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 

9.Right to Amend or Withdraw 
TrustedMPA reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this referral scheme at any time without prior notice. 

10.Tax Responsibility 
Any tax implications arising from receipt of a referral reward are the sole responsibility of the recipient. 

11.Final Decision 
All referral rewards are issued at the discretion of TrustedMPA, and our decision is final.
